THIS IS ME GIVING BLOOD AT THE RED CROSS.
WE WENT AS A GROUP FROM WORK TO GIVE
BLOOD. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR
A WHILE SINCE I HAD GIVEN BLOOD..
IT DIDN'T EVEN HURT. WILL BE BACK
THERE AGAIN IN ABOUT 3 MONTHS.

you look great! I can't give blood over here, though would love to (I lived in UK at the time of possibly contracting mad cow )
